Ok, conoscenze, pay attention. I got another "Special Delivery" for
you. My boys will be around to give you the handouts, wait for them.
You know what, do us all a favor and why don't you hold your breath
while you do.
Value: $2.00 | | Our rating system is based on a $7 ticket cost and is the most you should pay to see it. | Any way, this month's movie is Hellboy,
starring Ron Perlman, Selma Blair, Jeffery Tambor, Karel Roden, Rupert
Evans, and John Hurt. The main star is Ron Perlman who plays
Hellboy. This movie is your basic sci fi movie. In WWII, a
group of soldiers stumbled onto Hitler trying to open a gateway to
another dimension. This gateway would allow a demon to cross over
that would help destroy the world.
The demon, of course, was Hellboy. (Come on, pay attention
here. I ain't typing this shit for fun. Scott keeps
promising me freedom from this stupid "Italian Witness Protection
Program". Don't worry though, I got a pair of special shoes
designed just for him).
Well, the gateway was destroyed before any thing bad could
happen. A paranormal doctor took in Hellboy and raised him to be
a crime fighter.
The movie continues, blah, blah, blah. Turns out Hellboy has a
girlfriend who can control fire. Whop-dee-do. Of course
Hellboy is tormented. The people who tried to open the gate
during WWII are trying to again. However they need Hellboy to
finish the job, he is the key (quite literally actually).
In the end, Hellboy over comes his destiny and the portal is never opened.
The movie had great special effects. I loved it. In fact I
got so excited, Candy had to pay me a visit. But.. (yes, there's
a but, and it my fat ass) But, the ending let me down. The
movie starts off great, it seems to progress well, but then the end
come all of a sudden, Hellboy wins with the help of his girlfriend and
the movie is over. And I sat there and couldn't believe the movie
was over already. I missed something, I know what it was, it was
the ENDING. It came too fast and too unexpected. After the
rest of the movie went so well, the ending seemed to just fizzle.
My recommendation is that if you want to see it because your curious,
go ahead, but I only give it $2. Hell, I shot my TV when I saw
the ending I was so upset, I gotta save some money.
