The Right Way

Excalibur

Recently, I found out about an eco-friendly attack drone and couldn't be more pleased.  Damn, what red-blooded American doesn't want his cake and eat it too?

Now you may say, "Hick, what do you care about the environment?"  And that's a fair point, I'm not sure what's true or not about global warming.  For all I know global warming is part of a larger natural cycle that we don't have anything to do with.  But hey, maybe we did screw things up.   But in any case who cares?  If we can kill the enemy with drones without burning as many fossil fuels, all I can say is point me to a stock broker!  These guys may be sitting on the brink of the next killer technology for the 21st century and I want in on ground zero.

I have no problems profiting off people's perception (say that fast five times).   The fact is, true or not the "green movement" is here to stay and I want to cash in.  My highest calling is to profit myself and my family at the expense of others and I spend a lot of time trying to stay on the winning side.  I think these guys have spotted a niche -- a way to kill people and save a little gas money -- and need our support.  The terrorists aren't going to blow themselves up, right?  Not all of them anyway.

Why You Personally Irritate the Hell Out of Me

I can take four years of an socialist administration squandering my hard-earned dough on stupidities like health care and payouts for old and sick people. I can take a massive bailout of businesses too stupid and lazy to run their businesses efficiently. I can even take a morally bankrupt culture that prides itself on its rampant pornography and psychopathic video games. But the one thing I refuse to choke down is how you, personally go out of your way to piss me off each and every day. You're a real pain in the ass, you know that?

All Borders Are Vulnerable!

Recently the liberals have been at it again with all sorts of fear-mongering over the issue of illegal immigration, claiming so-called “human rights” should trump matters of national sovereignty and economic survival.  Well, as usual, the world’s not as nice and pretty as they’d like to believe, and choking off the tidal wave of illegal immigration into the United States is not only a matter of national security, but one of basic survival.  And although everyone’s so worried about the Mexican border, I say we need to be equally worried about the THREE OTHER borders we’d leave open to terrorists, criminals, and other maniacs to waltz into the states with little to no resistance.  I say we need to close down ALL the borders before we can really keep out the terrorists and call our nation safe.

Poor Fish, Evil Fish, Stupid Fish, Blue Fish

One of the most obscene things to come out of the Hurricane Katrina disaster was the media’s spin on New Orleans poverty, as if to imply the native population’s socio-economic status served as some sort of attractor for foul weather patterns.   Liberals are always quick to engage in such obviously flawed thinking, so it’s hardly surprising here, but at the risk of sounding politically incorrect let me just say, for the record, folks: guess what?  Some people are just poor.  Some people are evil, some people are stupid, and some people are just going to be poor.  It’s a fact of life.  Get used to it.

Why Education is Irrelevant

One of the most persuasive beliefs of this so-called "modern age" is that education is supreme: that nothing matters more than an advanced degree from a top drawer school. Like most "enlightened" beliefs that everyone supposedly believes in, it's total hogwash.
