An interesting experiment in estimating the value of change in a box has something (maybe just a little something) to say about the "wisdom of crowds." (The set-up can be found here for the experiment.)
I've always found such experiments interesting but inconclusive, even more so since I started playing "1 vs 100" on Xbox Live....
